Innovative Tsinghua’s Prof. Pan Yongwei from Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital, along with Prof. Wang Xiumei from School of Materials Science and Engineering, developed a VEGFR2-blocking 3D-printed nerve conduit to regulate the neuro microenvironment and treat peripheral neuromas.

Their Bioactive Materials study via ScienceDirect offers a promising strategy for chronic nerve pain.
