European Radiology Congress in Vienna

Univ. Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Thomas Vogl tells his success story about the radiology congress in Vienna:

The ECR in Vienna is a particular success story for me. Together with Prof. Dr. Josef Lissner, we launched the European Congress of Radiology in 1991.

Today, the European Congress of Radiology is one of the most important radiology congresses worldwide. I am all the more pleased to be here again.

The focus is on prevention, screening, and new CT technologies – topics that will shape our diagnostics. I am particularly proud of my Frankfurt team, which is represented here with several scientific contributions, including one on CT-guided biopsy for pancreatic lesions, said Thomas Vogl.
