A “Monthly Evaluation Meeting” was held under the chairmanship of the Provincial Police Chief Dr. Sabit Akın ZAİMOĞLU, attended by the deputy provincial police chiefs, the police chiefs of the central and outer districts, and the unit commanders.

During the meeting, the work carried out in March was evaluated and future-oriented strategic plans for maintaining the current atmosphere of peace and security in Antalya were discussed.

"CIMER User Training Program" in Antalya

A general introduction to CİMER, the basic principles of the application process, and the technical use of the CİMER portal were discussed.

The “CİMER User Training Program”, organized in cooperation between the Governor’s Office of Antalya and the Presidential Directorate of Communications to ensure a more effective and efficient operation of the processes of the Presidential Communications Center (CİMER), took place in Antalya.

The training program covered the following topics:

General introduction to the CİMER (Presidential Communications Center), basic principles of the application process, and the technical use of the CİMER portal. The training sessions, conducted by experts from the Presidential Communications Center, provided comprehensive information on the effective and legally compliant processing of applications.

During the sessions, the processes were evaluated in detail using practical examples, and the participants exchanged their views and experiences in the subsequent question and answer session.

Antalya Diplomacy Forum will be held under the theme of “Mapping Tomorrow, Managing Uncertainties” on 17-19 April 2026.

The 5th edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2026), hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, under the auspices of H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, will take place on 17-19 April 2026, in Antalya, Türkiye.

In the face of geopolitical tensions, shifting balances of power, rising trade barriers and mounting pressure on multilateralism, the current global landscape is marked by increasing unpredictability.

This year's theme "Mapping Tomorrow, Managing Uncertainties" emphasizes the importance of anticipating and addressing emerging issues to be able to shape a better future. The theme underscores the need to stay ahead of future developments by identifying risks and opportunities, developing strategies and turning insights into action.

As conflicts remain unresolved, polarization grows and strategic rivalries expand, numerous critical issues continue to affect people all over the world. In order to address these challenges and work towards a more inclusive, fair and effective international system, the consolidation of international cooperation, dialogue and solidarity is imperative.

ADF2026 will bring together leaders, policymakers, diplomats, academics, business experts, media and civil society representatives to explore how to best manage uncertainties and address pressing issues while preparing for future challenges. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions and interactive sessions as well as bilateral meetings, the participants will discuss global trends and regional dynamics, exchange views on possible solutions and share best practices.

The Forum will once again provide a valuable platform for fostering dialogue, restoring trust and engaging in stronger cooperation; mapping the path forward to a more peaceful, stable and resilient world for future generations.

IAC 2026 in Antalya

With a record-breaking of 8325 abstract submissions from a record of 108 countries!

International Astronautical Federation:

A Historic Breakthrough - the momentum behind the 77th International Astronautical Congress in Antalya is unlike anything we have seen before!

With a record-breaking of 8325 abstract submissions from a record of 108 countries, this year’s results set a new benchmark and lay the foundation for what promises to be the largest and most globally engaged IAC in history. These are the highest figures ever recorded for the congress, reflecting the accelerating global momentum in space activities, innovation, and international collaboration.

To put this into perspective, recent congresses have already achieved remarkable milestones. IAC 2024 in Milan welcomed nearly 7000 abstracts from 103 countries, while IAC 2025 in Sydney received around 6400 submissions from 106 countries. Each year has raised the bar, but IAC 2026 in Antalya has taken it to an entirely new level.

Participation this year reflects both strong traditional contributors and remarkable new momentum across regions.

-Türkiye, our host country, submitted an unprecedented 1810 abstracts, the highest contribution ever from a single country in IAC history.

-Azerbaijan followed with 814 submissions.

-United States contributed 615 abstracts.

-China contributed 599 abstracts.

-Strong participation also came from long-standing leaders in the space sector including China (599), Italy (492), the United Kingdom (336), Germany (289), India (288), Japan (261).

Behind these numbers lies something even more important: a diverse and vibrant global space community. The submissions reflect the full spectrum of the space sector - from quantum technologies and sustainability to planetary science, policy, education, and creative interdisciplinary approaches.

The governor of Antalya is making Ramadan visits

The Governor of Antalya, Hulusi Şahin, and his wife Ebru Şahin visited a nursing home and patients being treated at the city hospital during Ramadan.

During the Ramadan festival, he met with the residents of the nursing home and shared the joy of the festival with the venerable elders.

Governor Hulusi Şahin, who also visited the city hospital, congratulated the patients being treated there on the Ramadan and wished them a speedy recovery.
