"Don't be too late, stay alive Alanya" project!
District Governor, Şakir Öner Öztürk, participated in the cancer awareness program organized as part of the "Don't be too late, stay alive Alanya" project, which took place as part of National Cancer Week from April 1st to 7th.
District Governor Şakir Öner Öztürk participated in a cancer awareness program at the Alaattin Keykubat nursery school. This program was part of the "Don't be too late, stay alive Alanya" project, carried out in cooperation with the District Governor's Office, the District Directorate of National Education, and the District Directorate of Health as part of National Cancer Week from April 1st to 7th.
As part of the program, Dr. Yonca İnan and nurse Esma Ünver from KETEM (Center for Cancer Early Detection, Screening and Education) provided information about the factors that cause cancer, the importance of early detection and prevention methods.
In his speech as part of the program, District Governor Şakir Öner Öztürk pointed out the importance of stress reduction, regular sleep and healthy eating habits in the fight against cancer, emphasized the need to integrate licensed sports and an active lifestyle into our lives, and thanked everyone who contributed to the project.
