Second term of office for Prof. Enrico Schleiff
The Extended Senate of Goethe University Frankfurt has elected Enrico Schleiff, Professor of Cell Biology and President since 2021, for a second term.
This term lasts six years and begins – after appointment by the University Council – on January 1, 2027.
For the first time since Rudolf Steinberg's re-election in 2006, a university president has been confirmed in office.
The chairwoman of the university council, Silke Lautenschläger, and Goethe University Frankfurt congratulated Prof. Enrico Schleiff on his re-election.
