A small gesture. A big message.
The German Animal Welfare Federation (Deutscher Tierschutzbund e.V.) has launched the "Forget-Me-Not" (Vergiss-mein-nicht) campaign for street cats in Germany and is now distributing a limited number of seed papers free of charge.
At the appeal of the German Animal Welfare Federation (Deutscher Tierschutzbund e.V.), we at SFK refer to the "Forget-Me-Not" (Vergiss-mein-nicht) campaign for street cats and share the details of how to participate in the campaign here:
It's easy to participate
-First order free seed paper
-Plant your forget-me-not flower in your garden, on your balcony or windowsill
-Share a photo of the seed paper or the flowering forget-me-nots on social media using the hashtag #VergissStrassenkatzenNicht
-Tell your friends, family and acquaintances about the campaign
In Germany, street cats lead a hidden life. Millions of stray cats in Germany struggle for survival every day. They are hungry, cold, and often suffer from infectious diseases. They are often overlooked and their suffering forgotten.
Together we can raise awareness of the suffering of street cats!
