Special academic achievement: Promotio-sub-auspiciis for three JKU graduates

A Promotio-sub-auspiciis is the highest distinction for academic achievement in Austria. The requirement: From upper secondary school to university graduation, only "very good" grades are permitted. On average, only about 20 graduates receive the highest award each year: the Promotio sub auspiciis.
