The article entitled "Can a machine think and how can it think?" by the world-renowned mathematician Ord. Prof. Dr. Cahit Arf has been found!

By a happy coincidence, during a meeting we held in Denizli with students of the Management Information Systems program at Pamukkale University (PAÜ), I learned that artificial intelligence was discussed in Turkey and Erzurum (at Atatürk University) in the 1950s.
For anyone who would like to take a look at the article entitled "Can a machine think and how can it think?" by our world-renowned mathematician Ord.
