Following the Emperor's birthday, State Minister Eric Beißwenger said in his speech at the reception of the Bulgarian Consul General at the Gasteig: "From Japan to Bulgaria in 15 minutes."

Consul General Stefan Ionkov is setting new standards for international cooperation and the presentation of his country.
