Is it permissible to publicly criticize courts and public prosecutors?
Yes. The discussion of differing legal opinions and the questioning of decisions are an essential part of our legal system. There is also an appeals process for this.
However, criticism has its limits where insults, threats, or the publication of private information begin.
The rule of law thrives on discussion – and on respect.
