Dr. Bérénice Thom and Dr. Ingo Rinken at UPC
New tasks for Dr. Bérénice Thom and Dr. Ingo Rinken at the Unified Patent Court.
Dr. Bérénice Thom, previously presiding judge of a patent chamber at the Düsseldorf Regional Court and most recently a member of the 1st panel of the Düsseldorf Local Chamber, headed by Ronny Thomas, assumes the chairmanship of the newly established 2nd panel of the Düsseldorf Local Chamber today. This makes her the youngest female presiding judge at the UPC.
With Dr. Ingo Rinken, most recently a judge at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in the patent senate there, another Düsseldorf patent law expert is working as an assessor at her side.
