State control in 12 cities in NRW with over 300 officers!

The state minister of Nordrhein-Westfalen recounted the results of state control:
Neglected properties lead to a loss in value of entire neighborhoods and promote social segregation.
When problem properties are used to create business models that are detrimental to us all, this calls for government oversight. We carried out such oversight yesterday in 12 cities in NRW.
Problem properties must not become profit machines – a clear stance, a clear mandate. As the state of NRW, we will continue to work closely with our municipalities to ensure that exploitation and the neglect of housing no longer have a place.
My sincere thanks go to the more than 300 emergency personnel from municipalities, the state police, the fire departments, the Financial Control Unit for Undeclared Work, customs, the Federal Employment Agency, the local job centers, and the family benefits offices, as well as to the staff of my ministry for their coordination. Excellent work!
