Bayerisches Staatsministerium der Justiz:
The head of the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice, Dr. Winfried Brechmann, has been visiting all Bavarian courts and public prosecutors since taking office in July 2024. Last week, it was the turn of the judicial center in Coburg.
Together with the President of the Regional Court, Raffaele Trotta, the Director of the Local Court, Ulrike Barausch, and the Senior Public Prosecutor, Dr. Christopher Rosenbusch, the main topics discussed were staffing levels and the state of digitalization.
Winfried Brechmann:
"I would like to thank you for the constructive exchange and the excellent work that is done daily at the Coburg judicial center. The discussions on site were very informative for me. I am particularly pleased that all judge and public prosecutor positions are filled and that digitalization is being successfully advanced."
A special feature of Coburg is the Central Debt Collection Court, which is responsible for all of Bavaria. Here, too, I would like to thank all the staff on site for the smooth handling of this important task.”
