“In war, as we are increasingly seeing in Ukraine, tactics are becoming ever more important,” explains Professor Andreas Knopp from the Bundeswehr University Munich.
“The faster I can react to a situation because I have access to real-time information, the greater my tactical advantage,” said Knopp. That’s precisely what a satellite-based system offers.
